py4vasp 0.11.3 real phonon.band and phonon.dos example.
Preview: bash run.sh (provided actual CSV, no new VASP).
New data: bash prepare.sh -> choose 1 -> cd work/forceconstants -> sbatch run.sh.
After convergence, return to package and bash prepare.sh -> choose2 or3 -> submit each DOS job.
Those DOS jobs reuse work/forceconstants/vaspout.h5 as vaspin.h5 with LPHON_READ_FORCE_CONSTANTS; no new SCF/displacements.
After both DOS outputs exist: bash extract.sh. This calls py4vasp public APIs, compares all480 phonon frequencies with native OUTCAR, checks DOS mode integral and projections, then makes three figures under analysis-my-run.
Frequencies in these py4vasp fields are THz; VASP PHON_SIGMA is eV (0.001eV = 0.241799THz).
Si16 is a teaching IFC supercell, not proof of supercell-size convergence. Gamma acoustic near1e-7THz is numerical zero. A Gaussian DOS can extend below zero even for positive frequencies; that tail is not itself an unstable phonon.
No POTCAR/WAVECAR/fullOUTCAR/XML/HDF5, binaries or vendor source in this public package. Use your authorized local PAW dataset when running new VASP.
